The following are the terms and conditions for participating as a subscriber of the E-mail Pays U program. E-mail Pays U reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement (its prices, and its sales, marketing, and commission plan at any time) from time to time. Amendments are effective and binding upon being published on this website. You agree to the following terms by confirming your subscription to E-mail Pays U.

1. Subscriber commissions shall be paid by company: Check, Paypal.com or E-gold. 

2.  Subscriber commissions must exceed $75.00 ($50.00 for Gold Members) in order to receive a commission payment. After receiving first payment of $75.00 ($50.00) 2nd and subsequent commission payments are payable at $15.00.

3. An individual becomes a E-mail Pays U subscriber by completing and submitting the online membership application. You must have a valid e-mail address and be subscribed to our mailing list at all times. To receive commission payment you must print and sign this members agreement and mail to the address below. E-mail Pays U must have this signed members agreement on file before any commission payments can be issued.

4. You must click the pay "credit" link included in paid e-mails to earn credit for reading the e-mail advertisement.

5. Subscribers must be considered active subscribers in order to earn commissions on referrals. Active members must have read and clicked the payment confirmation link with at least 50% of the paid email advertisements emailed to them in a quarter.

6. As a subscriber you may receive as many as 15 e-mails a day.

7. You must be 16 years of age or older to join E-mail Pays U.

8. No Spam! Anyone reported for Spam will be removed from the program and forfeit all unpaid commissions. E-mail Pays U in no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all subscribers are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in termination of this agreement, and immediate removal of the subscriber and loss and forfeiture of all earned earnings and commissions.

9. Your right to privacy is very important to E-mail Pays U. Your personal information will never sold or distributed to outside parties.

10. There is no cost associated with membership with E-Mail Pays U.  There are no territory exclusives in the E-mail Pays U subscriber program. E-mail Pays U is open to all countries and territories. E-mail Pays U reserves the right to discontinue taking applications for subscriptions at any time for any reason, or may limit registrations partially or totally in any region of the world.

12. E-Mail Pays U will manage and track all referrals under this program and shall have the final word in any disputes regarding referrals.

13. There is no cost associated with basic (free) membership with E-Mail Pays U. No guarantee of payment is made between E-Mail Pays U and its subscribers. E-Mail Pays U makes subscriber commission payments based of current and future advertising revenue. Commissions are directly related to the advertising revenue generated by E-Mail Pays U and its partners.

If you are an active E-mail Pays U subscriber, E-mail Pays U offers certain services and benefits to you during your subscription. Subscribers are eligible to accumulate "awards", "points" of certain kinds. The accumulation of "earnings", "points", "awards" or "prizes" do not constitute wages, salary or payment for services. The word "earn", "earnings", "cash", "converted points value" found on the E-mail Pays U site  refers to incentive awards for participation in certain activities, not a payment for services, employment or contract relationship of any kind. All E-mail Pays U awards, points, clicks, or "earnings" are simply voluntary tangible incentives provided by E-mail Pays U at the determination of E-mail Pays U in order to recognize the activity and performance of its subscribers.

E-mail Pays U "prizes", "points", "earnings", or "cash value" should not be considered as legal U.S. tender but should be understood as an internal method by which E-mail Pays U tracks individual subscriber activities an participation.

14. All state local and federal taxes on earnings or contests are the responsibility of the individual subscriber. All subscribers earning $600 in a single year will receive a 1099.

15. E-mail Pays U reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement from time to time. Whenever there is a  revision to this agreement E-mail Pays U will notify you of the revision in the members login and update page. Disagreement with such revisions will prohibit you from maintaining your membership with E-mail Pays U. Your continued use of the benefits of membership without indicating a disagreement in the member update will signify your acceptance of the membership agreement and revisions.

16. E-mail Pays U will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

17. E-mail Pays U subscribers are expressly prohibited from making any representations regarding the income, possible "prizes", "awards", or "points" or "earnings" potential of subscribing.  

18. Any subscriber who wishes to terminate their subscription may do so by logging onto our members area and and clicking cancel account. Resignation or termination of any E-mail Pays U subscription results in the permanent loss of the rights to his or her organization, earnings or rewards. Either Subscriber or E-mail Pays U may terminate an account for any reason.
